Arsenal Transfer Business Revealed- Onana, Toney And Nketiah

Arsenal Transfer Business Revealed. Arsenal supporters are really desperate for new signings in the January transfer window following poor results in previous games. The Gunners have managers just one won in 7 games and their problems have been goal scoring ones.

Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus have all been firing blanks. It’s therefore natural that the Gunners land a center forward although there is hope for a holding midfielder following the unending injuries to Thomas Partey.

AMADOU ONANA

According to sources, the Gunners are locked up in talks with Everton for Belgian midfielder Amadou Onana. Sources state that the Toffees want a fee in the region of £50m. Everton who were docked 10 points for financial irregularities by the FA might be forced to sell the 23 year old midfielder.

EDDIE NKETIAH

The Gunners seem like they are ready to let their Hale End Academy product, Eddie Nketiah leave. Despite all the chances provided to him, the 24 year old has failed to prove himself as first team starter. Apparently, it’s said that Arsenal want about £30m for the England international. Crystal Palace has already shown concrete interest.

IVAN TONEY

Furthermore, Mikel Arteta’s side has been linked a lot to Brentford striker Ivan Toney before even the window opened up. However, it seems like the 27 year old might stay with the Bees. Toney who netted a hat-trick in his return in a friendly game says that he has a lot to repay to the club.

“Everyone knows Brentford is a family club, they have been nothing but amazing for me. I can’t thank them enough, especially the fans. They were behind me from the first minute as well. So it’s kind of like I have a lot to repay.”

Other footballers the club is linked to include Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi, Aston Villa’s Douglas Luiz and Feyeenord’s Santiago Gimenez.
