Ex KCCA footballer Muzamiru Mutyaba joins Mbale Heroes

According to the latest reports, midfielder Muzamiru Mutyaba has signed a short-term employment deal with FUFA Big League team Mbale Heroes.
Mutyaba’s contract with Rwanda Premier League team Kiyovu expired. And he became a free agent to join the Asaph Mwebaze-coached team.

The Mbale Heroes have been working with the former midfield player for KCCA FC. Mutyaba left Express FC in 2021 to work for Kiyovu FC under a two-year contract.

Mutyaba was an integral part of the Express FC team that won the 2020–21 Uganda Premier League title and the 2021 CECAFA Kagame Cup. This was played in Tanzania.

Besides, Mutyaba made appearances for SC Victoria University and KCCA FC in addition to Express FC and Kiyovu.

He was very successful at KCCA FC. While there, he won three league crowns, two Uganda Cups, the Pilsner Super 8, and the Fufa Super Cup.

In their opening match of the FUFA Big League, Mbale Heroes, who are presently ranked third, will host Kataka FC
