Match officials for Uganda-South Sudan AFCON clash revealed

The center referee for Friday, October 11th’s AFCON qualifying match between Uganda and South Sudan will be Ivorian referee Ibrahim Kalilou Traore.
The match will begin at 7 p.m. in Mandela National Stadium under the floodlights.

Adou Hermann Desire N’Goh and Nouho Ouattara, two of Traore’s countrymen, will serve as the first and second assistant referees, respectively.
Ivory Coast native Patrick Tanguy Jean Phillippe will serve as the fourth official for the game.

Having overseen the Cranes’ 1-0 victory against Tanzania in Dar es Salaam in March of last year, this will be Traore and his countrymen’s second encounter featuring Uganda.

With four points from their opening two games, the Cranes will look to maintain their lead atop the Group K standings in the AFCON Qualifiers.

Next Tuesday, October 15, in Juba, Uganda will pay a visit to South Sudan for the fourth encounter of the campaign.
