BUL FC hires services of Ibrahim Kirya

Ibrahim Kirya has joined BUL FC, a team in the Uganda Premier League, as a coach.
Kirya signs a two-year contract to work for BUL FC’s technical team, which is led by Abbey Kikomeko Bogere.

He has had head coaching positions with URA FC, SC Villa, Lweza FC, Wakiso Giants, and Tooro United in the past.

During the 2022–2023 season, he served as Jackson Magera’s assistant coach for SC Villa.

Kirya has won the Buganda Masaza Cup twice, with Bulemeezi Ssaza (2023) and Gomba (2020). He was just named by Buwekula as their technical director for the 2024 Masaza Cup competition.

Former Uganda Cranes internationals James Magala and Simeon Masaba, Eddie Kawesa, goalkeeping coach Abdul Magada, and trainer Noah “Babadi” Kasule are all members of BUL FC’s technical team.

BUL FC was one point behind champions SC Villa in the Uganda Premier League standings after the previous season, with 56 points.
